We will send a courtesy reminder email the day before or on the day of the course commencement.

Should the class be cancelled/postponed an email will be sent to the student advising them.

If you do not receive the courtesy email it is your responsibility to contact the Darlo team to confirm the course is proceeding.

Enrolments in our courses are not transferrable to another person.

We invite you to contact us if you feel changes to your work commitments or personal circumstances will impact your involvement in a class. We will discuss the issue with you and look for a solution. This may include a full or partial credit towards a new enrolment.

Darla Drama reserves the right to refuse a transfer if the student does not contact us during the course delivery, or the student has not provided sufficient grounds for the manager to approve a transfer.
