PRICING

All prices on the Darlo Drama website are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices include GST where marked. A tax invoice will be issued via email upon successful enrolment/purchase.

FEES

Fees for courses are for tuition only and do not unless expressly stated, include the cost of consumables and other costs or other incidental costs. The availability of courses and services may change from time-to-time.

ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

All course fees including deposits are non-refundable. On some occasions we will accept transfers to another course when the course has already commenced – transfers during a course are up to the discretion of Darlo Drama and a transfer fee of $50 will be charged to do so. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

CANCELLATIONS

By agreeing to our terms and conditions, You the customer are bound by the Darlinghurst Drama Pty Ltd's Fee, Cancellation, Refund and Transfer Policies.

RIGHT TO MAKE THE LAST-MINUTE SUBSTITUTION OF TUTORS

All of Darlo Drama’s teachers are professional, working tutors and artists. We reserve the right to make last-minute substitutions in the event that they are unable to make the session due to other professional commitments.

DISCOUNTS

From time to time, Darlo Drama may offer discounts, either in person, in publications, via email or online. The user will need to enter valid promo codes during checkout to access the discount. 

Offers may also be made verbally by Tutors, or other Darlo Drama staff.

Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.

TAXES

You are responsible for any taxes, duties or other liabilities imposed by any governmental agency, including without limitation, any customs duty, goods and services taxes or any value added tax imposed on any courses or services acquired or ordered by you from this website.

ADVERTISED DATES AND TIMES

The advertised dates and times of courses may change without warning. If this is the case, all reasonable attempts will be made to contact you via SMS, email and telephone contact, however, confirmation of starting time and venue remains the responsibility of the student.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Darlo Drama’s courses require a minimum number of students to proceed.

In the event a course is cancelled/postponed by Darlo Drama due to low enrolments, the course fee will be held in credit for a student to use at a later date that suits them within a 1 year period. The student may use the credit towards another enrolment, or contact us within 7 days of the course cancellation/postponement for a refund.

We will send a courtesy reminder email the day before or on the day of the course commencement.

Should the class be cancelled/postponed an email will be sent to the student advising them.

If you do not receive the courtesy email it is your responsibility to contact the Darlo team to confirm the course is proceeding.

ENROLMENTS AND TRANSFERS

Enrolments in our courses are not transferrable to another person.

We invite you to contact us if you feel changes to your work commitments or personal circumstances will impact your involvement in a class. We will discuss the issue with you and look for a solution. This may include a full or partial credit towards a new enrolment.

Darla Drama reserves the right to refuse a transfer if the student does not contact us during the course delivery, or the student has not provided sufficient grounds for the manager to approve a transfer.

PRIVACY POLICY

This site uses TLS certificates to protect your privacy and security. It is regularly audited to ensure it complies with the credit card industry PCI standards.

The site may store cookies in your browser and your browsing details may be anonymously stored in order to assist with website analytics.

Darlo Drama adheres to the thirteen Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) issued by the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) oaic.gov.au/privacy.

Keeping information secure is a priority for the Darlo Drama. We respect the privacy of students, educators and staff.

Information provided by individuals to Darlo Drama is for the purposes of facilitating access to (including enrolment) and participation in Darlo Drama’s education and training courses.

Darlo Drama takes all steps to ensure that the personal details of its students and staff are not released to unauthorised persons or organisations, and personal information received by the Darlo Drama is kept secure in appropriate systems and record repositories.

If you have an urgent concern that the personal information collected by Darlo Drama is incorrect and/or is not properly secure please notify the Manager at admin@darlodrama.com.au

PRIVACY AND MARKETING

Darlo Drama will, from time-to-time, send SMS or emails to students and past students for the purpose of marketing.

Students may at any time request that all such marketing cease. You can do this from your portal login. All requests will be promptly complied with.

Darlo Drama may, from time-to-time, contact students by other means such as post and telephone for marketing activities. Students who request so will be removed from any marketing lists.

No personal information is ever or will ever be disclosed to unauthorised persons or organisations.

SECONDARY MARKETING

Darlo Drama does not allow for the use of student information for any secondary marketing not related to Darlo Drama, it’s events or activities.
